Thursday Plan

Pasta with Chicken
olive oil
3 boneless chicken breasts cubed
2 carrots, sliced
2 pkg broccoli cut off stalk
2 cloves garlic, minced
12 oz spaghetti noodles
2/3 c water
1 tsp basil
Parmesan cheese
serves our family of 5 with NO leftovers

Start water for noodles and finish them.
Cook chicken in oil until no longer pink.
Cook carrot for 5 minutes in oil. Add water, broccoli and garlic cook another 5 minutes.
Drain pasta in a big bowl mix everything together. Add basil, salt and pepper and top with Parmesan cheese.

Okay, this does require crusty bread and butter.
