I use 2 lbs meat for 5 steak sized burgers
3 cloves minced garlic
sea salt & pepper
Mix all this together and bake 5 burgers until done.
Pile up romaine lettuce on a plate top with burger and fresh Parmesan cheese. You can squirt some caesar dressing on top if you like.
I think that one beat Rachael Ray's 30 minute meals!
