Thanksgiving Meal at Home

I love roasted turkey so though we have Thanksgiving at a friends home we are also cooking one the day after to have leftover. And hey, I like to cook so why not take advantage of the sale on turkeys at $0.69 a pound?? So early Friday morning when some people will be out shopping I will be up cooking. I am going to make this a short menu and short directions. Instead of typing out what and how I do most things I am going to take what I think is the best and "copy". Understand I don't mean copyright copy. I will direct you to the site. Have you checked out Pioneer Woman Cooks? She is great!
