Saturday Plan

Italian Beef

4 to 4 1/2 lbs. beef bottom round roast
3 cloves garlic, minced
salt & pepper
1/2 jar pepperoncini peppers, chopped
4 large green bell peppers, chopped
olive oil to keep stuff wet
2 pkg dry italian seasoning
1 t. dried oregano
1 t. red pepper flakes
1/4 C. water
12 (6-inch) slices crusty Italian or French bread, split

Put everything in a crock pot turn on low at 7:00 a.m. and cook all day long. When ready pull beef apart with forks.

Easy huh?
