Yesterday, today and tomorrow are busy, busy days. Days where we leave the house by 7 and don't return until dinner. So that means I have not been so great about watching what I eat and I am about honesty here so here we go!
Breakfast: fried potatoes with 2 eggs on top, fresh orange & carrot juice
Lunch: a few graham crackers and 2 handfuls of raw almonds
Dinner: baked beans & meatballs
Snack: cookie dough ice cream
Breakfast: sausage McMuffin cup of regular coffee that I felt sick from because I drink decaf
Lunch: Albanese candy store ~ really
Dinner: baked hamburger patty, baked sweet potato fries & steamed cauliflower
Do you ever crave greens when you have eaten a lot of sugar? I am craving a side of steamed kale right now!
