Day 5 & 6 combined

Yesterday, today and tomorrow are busy, busy days.  Days where we leave the house by 7 and don't return until dinner.  So that means I have not been so great about watching what I eat and I am about honesty here so here we go!

Wednesday
Breakfast:  fried potatoes with 2 eggs on top, fresh orange & carrot juice
Lunch:  a few graham crackers and 2 handfuls of raw almonds
Dinner:  baked beans & meatballs
Snack:  cookie dough ice cream

Thursday
Breakfast:  sausage McMuffin cup of regular coffee that I felt sick from because I drink decaf
Lunch:  Albanese candy store ~ really
Dinner:  baked hamburger patty, baked sweet potato fries & steamed cauliflower
Snack:  candy

Do you ever crave greens when you have eaten a lot of sugar? I am craving a side of steamed kale right now!

Tomorrow I will try again ;)
Teresa???  By the way, thanks for the accountability call today!  Love you.

Hey there, here are my day 5 & 6 combined! :D
Day 5
Breakfast was a brown rice pancake/maple syrup (made with buttermilk) and an egg.

Lunch was some quinoa noodles with dairy free mayo and chicken.

Snack lol - remember this is the day I made myself my homemade cold coffee with stevia which was good, but I still had to find that cookie and was able to buy one made with fruit juice and chocolate chips!
Very good, but I would have rather eaten the whole thing instead of just half! :D

Dinner was a bean and rice burrito (Amy's) with cashew sour cream.

Day 6
Breakfast was some raw oatmeal with almond milk and frozen blueberries.

Lunch was veggie meatloaf with mashed potatoes and peas. (Another Amy's since this is the day I wasn't feeling so good)

Snack was some raw almonds and then an apple with cashews and agave.

Dinner was beef, cabbage and rice, which is just fried hamburger meat, fried cabbage and brown rice topped with braggs liquid aminos.
Then for dessert courtesy of Parker for Morgan's celebration of being done with massage school. She made an apple kuchen with some frozen vanilla yogurt. :D

Love talking with you the other day too! We need to do it more often! :D
