Your chili recipes.
Starting the week of 11/9 I will post a week's full of chili recipes. I am looking for tried and true recipes. All are welcome. Anything goes, Texas, Bison, Chicken...even those weird ingredient ones. Leave in the comment section or email me at

Zac added my homemade mac n' cheese to some left over chili today and it was yummo!!

My mac n' cheese is simple:

1 box elbow macaroni
3/4 to 1 loaf of velveeta
3/4 stick butter
some milk
cheddar cheese, if desired

Boil noodles til tender. Drain and set aside. Chop up velveeta into pieces and put in microwavable bowl w/ butter. Melt down, stirring frequently. Add cheese mixture to noodles, adding enough milk to make creamy. I also use some shredded cheddar cheese to give it a sharper taste.

If you like "chili mac" you might enjoy this too.
