Crockpot Beef with Black-Eyed Peas
NOTICE: Soak these beans overnight, so start them on Monday night.
Soak 2 c peas drain and add:
1 can diced chilies
1-2 qt broth
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp paprika
2 carrots sliced
1 1/2 lb beef roast
2 tbsp sea salt
Cook on high until beef can be shredded with a fork. Make a pan of cornbread and enjoy.
