Hi, I come from "A wise woman builds her Home" - nice to meet you. Your Easter dinner sounds wonderful. I didn't do anything fancy as there was only 2 of us (one son has left home and the other was house sitting). But it was my husbands birthday on Tuesday and I made him a special roast. Roasts are one of his most favourite dishes!!!
